However, there seems to be issues with internal communication within Bold and when we received the drawings the night before the selections appointment, it didn't include all the customisation I requested. Due to this, I could only attend one day of the long planned two-day appointments while postpone the second appointment to another day. Now we are stuck with a $76000 price increase which can't afford and now fighting it. At the risk of losing everything we have had worked hard for. Wouldn't recommend building with Bold, long process and poor communication.
